Leading IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) are looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader, ahead of their rebranding strategy. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for sales performance, sales leadership and development of our client’s Southern region.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Manage your own accounts and acquire new business opportunities, while creating long term strategic relationships with customers.

·        Develop a successful sales team, motivate and create a positive and happy working environment.

·        Provide exceptional customer service and present the best solutions based on their needs.

·        Networking activities.

 

Requirements:

·        Experience of working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) selling IT solutions.

·        Located within the South East or South West area of England.

·        Leadership capability, with experience of having direct reports however not essential.

·        A full UK driving licence.

·        Strong organisation and time management skills with a keen eye to detail.

·        Able to communicate technical solutions to both C-Level contact and IT professionals.
