Global organisation requires an experienced Sales Director to help take the organisation to a higher level of maturity from a Sales perspective. The key element of the role will be to help the existing Sales Director by bringing in new sales processes and procedures, helping to adopt best practices and to ensure that the sales team is set for success in the future.

This will be a short-term contract role, supporting the Sales Director and wider team, working at the company HQ, as well as visiting customers, with some home-working.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven history selling in to Manufacturing or Distribution sectors essential
• A Sales leader, with experience implementing processes and procedures in order to ensure a successful sales environment
• Experience of industrial safety system including machine guards, bollards, balustrade, street furniture, etc would be highly beneficial
• First class communication skills, both written and oral
• A real people person, skilled in building great relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Dynamic, professional individual who is keen to

 Hybrid working (Office & Home) with some travel to client sites across the UK.

3 months+ contract role, outside IR35.
