Our international Enterprise Solutions client is looking for an experienced QA - Software Tester to join their Testing team based in Norwich.

You will be an important part of the team responsible for the continued development of the HR/Payroll application, also covering minor projects to meet the needs of the business. You will play a central role in delivering quality and continually evolving an already mature product. Your responsibilities will include: The QA/Software Tester will be responsible for the Quality of the releases. Due to statutory payroll changes a mandatory upgrade is always released in March of each year. You will take the development specifications, and change documentation to determine the best test plans and perform those tests to determine the results of the changes. Working with the Develop team to deliver the release according to those specifications. Ensuring that defects are fixed, and maintaining the high quality of the product. Test Plans/Cases, documented results and release documentation will be generated and maintained to agreed standards within the team. The QA/Software Tester will also provide all release documentation, including Help Files, Change Notes and Technical Bulletins. The QA/Software Tester will be expected to keep up to date with the latest changes published by the HMRC for payroll, along with any legislation that would affect Payroll and HR overall.

It is expected that you will have at least 3 years recent experience working as a QA - Software Tester within a dynamic environment with sound knowledge of Automated Testing which will include at least 18 months experience of HR / Payroll testing knowledge and experience.
