Leading ERP organisation requires an experienced New Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Sales Director and based Manchester, the New Business Development Manager will play an important role for all new business activities relating to selling the full portfolio of technology solutions. The New Business Development Manager role requires an ability to work with various teams across the business, but especially the marketing team in order to identify prospective new business areas & sectors, as well as individual targets for new business. You will need to devise a plan for each targeted account to detail the required activity to win each prospect.

In terms of background, you must be an experienced in new Business Development, particularly selling ERP solutions to the Manufacturing sector.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience selling ERP Solutions to the Manufacturing sector
  • Analytical, able to spot business and market opportunities
  • Ability to work with different divisions of the company including Marketing, Pre-Sales and Implementation
  • Ability to meet and exceed Sales targets
  • First class communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated, driven individual

£55,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
