IT Support Technician
According to experience
Global Software House requires and IT Support Technician to provide support for their Spanish customers on a range of IT Software applications. As these applications operate within a Microsoft environment, you must have good experience supporting users within a Windows Desktop and Windows Server environment, along with SQL Databases. You will also possess good skills within Networking.
As you will be providing in-depth technical support to Spanish customers, you must have Native-level Spanish – both written and oral – as well as fluent English. Knowledge of French would also be beneficial.
§ Experience providing IT Technical Support
§ Good all-round IT experience including Windows Desktop & Server, SQL Server, Hardware, Software and Networking
§ Knowledge of ERP / CRM applications would be beneficial
§ Fluent Spanish and English; Fluent French a major bonus
