Are you DV cleared or willing to undergo and achieve this? We are looking for an experienced ITIL Event Manager to support the customer deployable systems across multiple domains.

You will manage a varied workload, working for multi stakeholders, help support customers with their complex and interesting solutions, along with having the opportunity to make a real impact. Your role will primarily involve event management monitoring IT infrastructure on clients’ live systems.

Experience and Skills

·        DV Cleared (if SC cleared, be willing to achieve DV)

·        Expert-level knowledge of a Monitoring Solution (eg BMC suite of services)

·        Ability to work within a team and independently

·        Raising and responding to alerts, incidents and events

·        Experience of developing best practices to support the authority

An excellent understanding of at least two, ideally more of the following:

·        Microsoft windows event monitoring

·        CCNA or CCNA level of networking experience

·        Network event monitoring

·        Network traffic analysis

·        Knowledge of SNMPv3, MIBs and OIDs

·        3rd Line Support Engineer in either WINTEL or Networks

The IT Infrastructure Alert & ITIL Event Manager contract is for 12 months and is a great opportunity to work for an organisation who have a strong set of values and are people centric.
