Inside Sales Manager - Aesthetics
£40,000 Basic plus commission - OTE c£50,000.
Rapidly expanding company which specialises within the Aesthetics and Skin Rejuvination market, requires a Sales Team Leader to lead a small but soon-to-be expanding Inside Sales team. You and your team will be responsible for qualifying all incoming sales & marketing leads, discussing the opportunity with customers, understanding the value of the proposition, prioritising sales leads and passing to the external sales teams so they can close the sale. As you and your team would be the first point of contact between potential customers and the company, it is essential you have a warm personality with the ability to develop strong business relationships with ease.
This role will be to lead a small team spread globally and therefore previous sales management experience is essential. This includes staff motivation and training, ensuring your team hit monthly KPIs and other performance indicators, disciplinaries, etc as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven success within a phone-based Sales role
- Strong communication skills, an enquiring mind and the ability to question a customer to truly understand their requirements is pre-requisite
- Previous Sales Management experience also a must
- Good IT user skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
