Head of Sales
to£65,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Commission
Rapidly expanding software company (FinTech) requires a Head of Sales, with proven experience selling Software Solutions to Companies within the Financial sector, particularly within the Lending or Collections arena. Your remit will be to deliver sales against team and personal targets, manage and grow the Sales and Account Management teams, define strategies and targets, collaborate closely with the Marketing department and help to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience selling Software Solutions to Financial Companies (SME’s and Corporations)
- Experience across the whole sales cycle, from initial introduction to closing a sale
- Experience leading / mentoring a small team
- Knowledge of strategy development, able to create a Sales department roadmap
- Strong business acumen, able to spot trends and opportunities within the market
- Excellent communication skills, can-do attitude, self-motivated, hungry for success
