Our international ERP solutions client is looking for a 1st - 3rd line Support Analyst with solid ERP skills and experience.You will be providing telephone and remote support from our clients Manchester Head Office or from home - as required. You will prioritise and manage your own work load. In addition you will carry out product testing on our clients ERP products - new and existing, as well as putting together a test plan and documenting all issues thoroughly.
It is expected that you will have at least 2 years recent experience working as an ERP Support Analyst within a dynamic environment. Any Manufacturing or Distribution experience will be a definite advantage.
