Our client, who is a major UK charity is going through a large transformation programme. The D365 / Power BI Developer is a new role and will be key to in providing a technical resource as well as application design, architecture, development, implementation and support experience on Microsoft Power BI.

Your Responsibilities:

·        Provide support, expert knowledge and SME experience to assist in BAU activities

·        Using Power BI to create, maintain and develop dashboards and interactive visual reports, as well as analyse data and present it

·        Identify any KPI’s that have clear goals then monitor them consistently

·        Ensure security and development principles are relating to ISO27001

·        Strong customer service skills

·        Knowledge of ISO27001, CyberEssentials

·        Have experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SAP, Tableau etc

·        Ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in date-related roles

·        Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack, Microsoft Dynamics 365 online

·        Awareness of cloud application environments and post migration

Education and Skills required:

·        Strong customer service skills
