Leading Global Managed Services company requires a Customer Success Representative to join their expanding team. Ultimately, the Customer Success Representative will be responsible for creating customer loyalty and the role requires professional account management and customer service capabilities, to service existing direct and channel customers.

As the Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, working directly with customers and channel partners to address needs within their accounts. You will manage quotations and service administration, as well as providing direct support, handling calls and communications from customers & partners.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Tracking of customer order progress, pricing and tickets raised
  • Internal administration
  • Providing Quotations and Pricing for customers
  • Monitoring the team inbox and dealing with incoming emails
  • Monthly reporting for Management (for example on tickets raised, invoices and PO’s)
  • Pro-active account management to foster strong customer relationships
  • Working within the team to support sales account plans

Experience Required:

  • Strong background in customer service arena, ideally within a Technical / IT environment
  • Excellent Relationship management skills and the ability to negotiate with Senior Management at Clients
  • First-class verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated / self-starter, strong will to succeed
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment
