The Apache Values

We are HONEST

It’s not just the best policy, it’s a non-negotiable business practice for us. It means acting in a transparent, trustworthy manner that earns the respect of our colleagues, clients and candidates.

We are ETHICAL

We show our commitment to this by joining the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and following the REC Code Practice. This means we go further than just our legal obligations to make sure we are always acting ethically.

We are FAIR

We treat our clients and candidates as people. People with hopes, fears, bad days, good days, emotions, feelings, ambitions, goals and dreams. We always do the right thing by them and are committed to going the extra mile.

We use TEAMWORK

When we work together, we can create something greater than ourselves as individuals. We believe that teamwork always gets the best results, and means we really are by your side.

We are HARD-WORKING

This means we go about our job with determination, energy and enthusiasm. It means we really are driven, and hugely care about, providing the absolute highest levels of service to our clients and candidates.

We are PROUD

Because we really do live by our values. And because of this, and because we take ownership of and real pride in the work we do, we are, rightfully - proud.

Environmental

We care about the environment (obviously!)

But just what does that mean?

For us, it doesn’t mean putting an off-the-shelf ‘environmental statement’ here.

It does mean that we’re genuinely making an efforts to get to where we want to be, and to do the right thing by Mother Earth as best we can.

We’re not there yet, but we are trying.

How?

Well, we don’t print any CVs and we try to keep all other printing to a bare minimum.

We’re using less energy than we used to. We’ve invested in more energy- efficient lighting and heating, and our offices are all fully insulated.

Whereever we can we recycle everything we can and try to donate things we no longer need, instead of disposing of them.

We’ve also reduced our overall fuel consumption, do as many virtual meetings as possible and make a real effort to support local environmental products.

In short, we are working our way to being a carbon neutral business.

We’re not there yet, but we’re on the way, and we will get there.

And… we care about our community

We are dedicated to supporting projects local to us and those that fit our values. We have chosen Keech Hospice Care as our charity of choice and have signed up as Gold Founder members of their business club. This club enables us to network across three counties, the area which Keech Hospice provides services to many families.

Our on-going support enables children and adults, and their families, who are facing a terminal and life-limiting illness, to receive excellent care and support in the heart of our community. This incredible care is delivered across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes, wherever and whenever it is needed. We are delighted to be helping so many people to live well for longer.

Please visit www.keech.org.uk to see how you could also be making the difference when it matters the most.

Or visit their what’s on page so see how you can take part in exciting charity events! Get festive at their annual Christmas Market. Smiley Sam (the Christmas train) and Santa urgently need your help this Christmas. Without volunteers, they won’t be able to make it out every night. Let the team at Keech know if you can be Santa’s helper for an evening or two.

Or if you’re looking for an adrenaline filled event, then take part in a skydive from 10,00ft, or brave the ultimate thrill-seeker challenge of a Wing Walk!

You could also organise your own fundraiser in aid of Keech Hospice Care. They have a team of fundraising experts to help and guide you, so why not give them a call on 01582 707940 or email letmehelp@keech.org.uk to get you started.

We also care about being real, true professionals!

REC Membership

As an REC Corporate Member, we adhere to the Code of Professional Practice.

REC members are recognised for their professionalism and the value they provide to clients and candidates.

Our Code helps recruiters get it right. It goes further than the legal obligations and makes sure we are always acting ethically. If you are displaying the REC logo, it's a sign of quality. It tells candidates and clients that you have passed our Compliance Assessment and adhere to our Code.
