Crisis boiling as restauranteurs fail to recruit staff

With more and more people leaving their jobs and not returning, some in the recruitment space are really having a tough time of it.

Take Buddy Love, who runs the Flying Fish in Somerset. After spending over £1.5k on job adverts he's now had to restrict bookings at his restaurant because he just can't find a chef.
